I'm Zsuzsanna Ursprung, a Hungarian-born, Oslo-based visual artist specializing in abstract painting. I use mixed media techniques, combining elements like gold leaf, acrylics, oils, and wax to create unique textures and effects, resulting in multi-dimensional, evocative works. Inspired by the colors and mood of Norwegian nature, my art explores the interplay of light and shadow, inviting viewers into an immersive atmosphere filled with depth and emotion.

My work has gained international recognition, with exhibitions at Vienna City Gallery in Austria, VR art shows in New York’s Times Square, and several other virtual or on-site shows in cities such as Budapest, Berlin, New York, Hong Kong, Teheran, and Paris.

For me, painting is a source of happiness, fulfillment, and peace—a therapeutic process that allows me to express my thoughts and emotions on canvas. Through my art, I hope to share this positive energy and joy with others. I have also participated in exhibitions in Norway, and my paintings hang in private homes, institutions, and various locations across the country. Sharing my art in galleries or private spaces—in Norway, Austria, and Hungary—brings me immense joy.
